Photo Megan Evans 2_I’m passionate about helping organisations succeed in becoming efficient and sustainable to make a real difference to their clients and communities. This includes helping organisations to become established, grow and develop successfully.

My commitment comes from my years as a grassroots community worker with a range of diverse communities as well as working strategically with umbrella organisations across Wales and beyond.

I am a lead trainer for ICA UK and offer facilitation and training in the ToP Group Facilitation Methods; Focused Conversation Method and Consensus Workshop Method.

I am a member of Consultants for Good and member of ICA:UK (Institute for Cultural Affairs) and the Welsh representative on the board of IAF:UK (International Association of Facilitators). I host the monthly Cardiff/Welsh IAF Meetup bringing facilitators together both face to face and virtually to share knowledge and skills.

Whilst working for WCVA, I managed both Participation Cymru and the Communities First training contracts for the Welsh Government. I also delivered organisational support and training to the third sector in VCVS.

My qualifications include Post Graduate Certification in Education, Post Graduate Certificate in Management, PRINCE 2, ILM Award in Coaching, ILM Leadership and Management and BSc Hons degree.

You might like to know I enjoy baking bread, watching Roller Derby and visiting the wilds of Wales and Scotland. Previous irrelevant but enjoyable experiences includes being a zoo keeper, living for six months in a national park in Nepal and attending international youth camps with vast numbers of young people.
